I was invited to participate in a collaborative project with Swedish brand Tretorn. Myself and other style bloggers were asked to take a pair of their classic Nylite sneakers and style them up our way.
Tretorn brings back nostalgic memories of grade school when students were required to wear the classic tennis shoes in gym class. The Tretorn Nylite tennis shoe, born in 1967, is regarded as the first luxury sports shoe.
Worn by Björn Borg in the era when tennis stars made rock stars blush, and immortalized by 1980’s The Official Preppy Handbook, the Nylite epitomizes Swedish minimalism, making it a favorite for over 50 years.

We were supposed to go to Baguio today to unwind but then the rain was really crazy so we ended up going to the mall, lol. Anyway I realized that I wear the cargo pants too often! Got my SMART NetPhone last Friday (thank you Connect Agency) and I cant seem to put it down haha there’s just so much you can do with it! I’m still getting the hang of it but so far it’s all working out pretty good for me! Very fun and easy to use! This week has been really crazy! I haven’t had a decent sleep in weeks because of school projects and work all piling up! But I’m sure it will all be worth it so I need to keep pushing myself and just enjoy, right? Anyway, went to school today for another defense. It was quick and I’m happy it went really well! Then went straight to a meeting with a brand I’ll be collaborating with…and since I can’t keep my mouth shut, we have a contest for you! The prize will be a 4-page spread in Cosmo magazine with me! Was invited by Chewy Junior to try their famous cream puffs last Saturday and I have to say, it’s really good! Cripsy on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside, making it perfect to munch on! Although it was really messy to eat, we had fun laughing about how stupid we all looked! Or was that just me haha

Went to the Human store in Trinoma today to check out their stuff and choose my top picks from the store for our collaboration! Back in highschool I remember this is where I would usually shop for clothes and accessories (and buy gifts for my friends and cousins). Till now in college I’m still a big fan of the brand, especially their crisp jeans.

The first of many looks for my collaboration with Bench! Layering tone-on-tone gray makes looking stylish a no-brainer. I always buy my basic shirts (round-neck, v-neck, tanktop) from Bench because it is affordable and the quality is really good! I also used the molding clay (the gray one too lol) from Bench Fix for my hair. Thank you Bench!
Had a pretty busy day! Attended my 3D animation class in SDA then had a shoot with Seph & Shai of Love Chic for my photography finals then food tasting at a restaurant in Mega Mall. I was invited by De La Salle Canlubang’s Tripod Society (camera club) last August 12 to be the guest speaker for their workshop about basic photography (photography, portraiture and post-processing). I got so excited when they told me I was gonna talk about photography because even before I started blogging, photography has always been something I’m really passionate about. Oh and can I just say how awesome their school is? I’m seriously thinking of transferring haha! Their school is so huge and there are pine trees everywhere! The people were all very welcoming and conyo haha! Thank you to Carlo Miguel Saavedra, Rom Jay and Catherine Abdon for taking care of me that day! Met a lot of new friends too!
