Something sporty for the day! I go to the gym twice a week (I started 2 months ago) and still eat at McDonald’s at least four times a week. Baby steps, right? Haha well I just wanted to get a little bit of exercise since I spend so much time in front of the computer because of my course—I’m taking up Multimedia Arts, and of course, blogging. What do you guys think?

Changed into these Vibram Five Fingers after training! I read somewhere that wearing shoes all the time weakens our foot and leg muscles, leaving them underdeveloped and more prone to injury. Vibram stimulates the muscles in your feet and lower legs so it will not only make you stronger and healthier, it also improves your balance, agility and range of motion. It takes a lot of getting used to so I suggest a gradual transition—try wearing them for 1-2 hour intervals the first few weeks and then gradually increase usage as your body strengths and adapts.
